How the cap works
Once you cross ₹4,999 in monthly commission, every subsequent trip is capped at ₹20/day — no matter the fare.

Pricing & Billing
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay only commission (3% or ₹4, whichever is higher). App setup is free. SMS and Maps are included free. Payment gateway is optional — you can use cash or UPI instead.
What if I do zero trips in a month?
You pay nothing. No minimum fees, no monthly charges. You only pay when you earn.
Do you offer discounts for larger fleets?
Contact us for custom pricing if you're handling 100+ trips a day. We offer tailored solutions for high-volume operations.
Commission & Cap
How is commission calculated?
3% of the trip fare or ₹4, whichever is higher. For example, a ₹100 trip = ₹4 (minimum), a ₹500 trip = ₹15 (3%). Commission is GST inclusive.
When does the ₹20/day cap apply?
After you've paid ₹4,999 in commission for that month. Once you cross this threshold, every subsequent trip is capped at ₹20/day regardless of fare. The threshold resets on the 1st of each month.
How does the cap work for multi-day trips?
The cap is ₹20 per day. A 2-day outstation trip has a ₹40 cap, a 3-day trip has ₹60 cap, and so on.
What about cancelled trips?
No commission on cancelled trips. You only pay when a trip is completed.
Mobile Apps
Why do I need my own Play Store/App Store account?
Store policies require white-label apps to be published under the business owner's developer account for compliance. This protects your brand identity and meets platform requirements.

Who handles app updates?
Trakxi handles all app updates and maintenance at no extra cost. You don't need to worry about technical updates.
Annual Renewal
How do I know if my renewal is waived?
We calculate your commission from the past 12 months before your renewal date. If it meets the threshold — ₹29,999 for a single Android or iOS customer app, or ₹49,999 for both — renewal is automatic and free. You'll receive a reminder 30 days before.
What if I don't use the app for a while?
Your web app remains active regardless of usage. However, if your commission is below ₹2,999 (single app) or ₹4,999 (both apps) over 3 consecutive months, your Android/iOS app(s) will be suspended.
