Trakxi commission rate — slab-based pricing structure (Slabs A, B, C, D)
Trakxi commission is 3% of every trip fare with a ₹4 minimum per trip — capped between ₹10 and ₹100 per trip. The per-day maximum (cap) is determined by cumulative monthly commission and operates in four slabs that reset on the 1st of each month: Slab A applies from ₹0 to ₹4,999 monthly commission with a ₹100 daily cap. Slab B applies from ₹5,000 to ₹9,999 with a ₹20 daily cap. Slab C applies from ₹10,000 to ₹14,999 with a ₹15 daily cap. Slab D applies from ₹15,000 and above with a ₹10 daily cap. The 3% rate and ₹4 minimum stay the same across all slabs — only the daily cap changes. A high-volume fast-track unlocks Slab B as the starting slab for 3 months once you complete 250 trips and ₹5,00,000 in turnover within a single month, with retention requiring 750 trips and ₹15,00,000 turnover combined over that window.

Pricing & billing
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay only commission on completed trips. App setup is free. SMS and Maps are included free. Payment gateway is optional — you can use cash or UPI instead.
What if I do zero trips in a month?
You pay nothing. No minimum fees, no monthly charges. You only pay when you earn.
What about cancelled trips?
No commission on cancelled trips. You only pay when a trip is completed.

How the slabs work
How is commission calculated for each trip?
3% of the trip fare, with a ₹4 minimum and a per-day maximum based on your current slab — ₹100 in Slab A, ₹20 in Slab B, ₹15 in Slab C, ₹10 in Slab D. For example, a ₹500 fare costs ₹15 in Slabs A, B and C (3% under cap), but ₹10 in Slab D (capped). A ₹2,000 fare costs ₹60 in Slab A, ₹20 in Slab B, ₹15 in Slab C, ₹10 in Slab D. Commission is GST inclusive.
When do I move into a new slab?
Immediately, the moment your cumulative monthly commission crosses a slab boundary — ₹5,000 moves you to Slab B (₹20/day cap), ₹10,000 to Slab C (₹15/day), ₹15,000 to Slab D (₹10/day). The next trip is billed under the new cap. You only ever move forward within a month — never backward. On the 1st of the next month, everyone resets to Slab A (₹100/day) — unless you qualified for the high-volume fast-track, which keeps you starting at Slab B for 3 months.
What happens to a trip that crosses a slab boundary?
The whole trip is billed at the slab you started in — not split. The new slab kicks in for the next trip. Example: you're at ₹4,950 cumulative (Slab A). A ₹2,000 fare comes in. 3% = ₹60 (under the ₹100 cap), so you pay ₹60. Cumulative becomes ₹5,010 → next trip is in Slab B.
How does the cap work for multi-day trips?
The per-day cap multiplies by trip duration. A 3-day trip in Slab B is capped at ₹60 (₹20 × 3). A 2-day trip in Slab D is capped at ₹20 (₹10 × 2). The 3% rate and ₹4 minimum work the same regardless of duration.
How does the high-volume fast-track work?
Hit 250 completed trips and ₹5L in trip-fare turnover in any single month, and the next 3 months start at the ₹20/day ceiling instead of ₹100/day — you skip Slab A entirely. To hold it, you need 750 trips and ₹15L turnover combined across that 3-month window; if you do, it auto-renews for another 3 months. The fast-track only sets your starting ceiling — within each month you still drop to ₹15/day at ₹10K and ₹10/day at ₹15K cumulative commission.

How do I know if my renewal is waived?
We calculate your commission from the past 12 months before your renewal date. If it meets the threshold — ₹29,999 for a single mobile app or ₹49,999 for both — the renewal fee is waived for the year. Otherwise the fee is ₹2,999 (single) or ₹4,999 (both). You'll receive a reminder 30 days before renewal.
What if I don't use the app for a while?
Your web app remains active regardless of usage. However, if your monthly commission is below ₹2,999 (single app) or ₹4,999 (both apps) for 3 consecutive months, your Android/iOS app(s) will be suspended. You'll be notified at least 15 days before suspension. To reactivate, pay the renewal fee (₹2,999 or ₹4,999).
